Hunting dinosaurs had two great hind limbs (legs) and two very small front limbs (arms). Their feet had three toes and their hands, three fingers.
Most hunting dinosaurs lived for about 25 years. When they were young they moved fast, perhaps in packs, but when they were in their late teens they grew very quickly and then they slowed down and hunted alone.
Their huge size probably slowed them down, so adults may well have used ambush as their main approach and they must also have eaten dead animals.
