Q1: What did each city district do?
[Answer]

The Aztec city was divided into four districts or campan. There were three main streets, each leading to one of the three causeways to the mainland.

Each district specialised in a particular craft. It had its own marketplace.

Most of the houses were just one storey, but nobles often had houses with two storeys.
