Farming is what fed the increasing number of people who lived in Bronze Age Britain.
Farmers cleared fields and made field boundaries of stones, soil or ditches, depending on what was easiest to do. Ditches were common in the fenlands of East Anglia, but stone walls more common on Dartmoor in Devon, for example .
There were sheep and cows, but these were much smaller than the animals we are used to on modern farms.
