You may be wondering why we haven't said much about bronze yet. This is because at the start of the Bronze Age it was extremely rare and even by the end of the Bronze Age it was only used for valuable things such as tools and weapons. This Celtic chieftain burial shows fine bronzeware used in a burial.
For everything else people still used stone, pottery, bone and wood. They even dug the metals to make bronze using antlers for shovels!
