Hitler understood that if you tell most children something when they are very small, they will accept that as the truth.

The Nazis spent a lot of effort telling children that it was glorious to be a Nazi, and to work with Hitler to make Germany proud again.

Many children believed this and joined the party. Older boys (15-18) joined the Hitler Youth, but there were special groups for girls and for young children as well.
