The smaller creatures are, the more of them can share a small piece of the environment.

You can see this when you shake insects free from the branch they call home. You may not have noticed many of them before you shook the branch, because they are camouflaged.

You will find plant-eaters such as caterpillars, and hunters such as spiders, all living together.
