Q1: What are two common man-made rocks?

[Answer]

Stone was used until bricks and concrete were invented. Neither brick, nor concrete occur in nature. However, they're easy to shape and cheap to make.

Bricks begin as clay that's heated in an oven. This makes them strong, hard and waterproof.

Concrete is a mixture of sand, cement and stones. When water is added it goes runny to start with, but then sets hard to any shape you want.
