Most railway stations are Victorian.
Visit a railway station in the company of a responsible adult.
Look for the features that are still Victorian. Most of them will be heavily decorated, for example with fretwork on the iron, or iron pillars made to look like Greek temple columns.
The brickwork of the station is also probably Victorian.
Look for any old names carved in stone and for any dates on walls.
Then try to see how people have adapted the building since Victorian times. Do you think they have blended in new and old successfully?
