People in Britain worry about water when there have been a few weeks without rain. But that is nothing compared with many parts of the world.
Where there is always a long dry season people will have to store water every year. Where it is hot and dry all year even more water will need to be stored.
Then it depends on how many people live in places where water can be short. If there are many people, the chance of disaster in a very dry season will be high.
