Gatlinburg by day A drive through Gatlinburg, a mountain vacation resort southeast of Knoxville and on the border of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The video starts with a 'driver's view' as the history and development of the settlement is explained, and then switches to a 'passenger's view' from the side so that students have the chance to think in more detail about the types of stores and other buildings that are in Gatlinburg.
