Growing up

What is growing up? Adolescence is the stage of life between childhood and becoming an adult.

Adolescence is the time when children begin growing into teenagers and adults. During this time, bodies and feelings can change in many ways. People may grow taller, become stronger, and start to think differently about themselves and the world around them. These changes are a normal part of growing up.

Puberty is the stage when a child’s body slowly begins changing into an adult body. These changes happen to everyone, although not always at the same time or in the same way. During puberty, people may grow taller very quickly, develop stronger bodies, notice emotional changes, and begin looking more like grown ups. Puberty is a normal part of growing up.
