If we want to use electricity, we must make a circuit.
Here is a circuit you may have made before. It has a power supply – two batteries - a bulb, and two wires to make a continuous loop back to the other end of the power supply.
It is useful to be able to draw a diagram of how this circuit works. We use symbols for this and the result is a circuit diagram.
