Humans, just like all living things, have a life cycle, and if humans are to survive, they must create new humans to take over when they die.
Although humans are far more complicated than plants, we still use basically the same system for reproducing – combining male and female parts. In the human case, the combination of male and female produce fertile eggs that will grow into babies.
