Rising heat

You get rising heat in a kettle and a saucepan as well as in the air.

Saucepans and kettles are heated from below. This makes the heated water rise to the surface and the cooler water sink. You can even see the water turn over and hear it if you look and listen carefully. In this video the kettle finally boils, When it does this the sound changes and bubbles break up the convection....
