Q1: Is it right to thinkl that all plant-easters walked on four legs?

[Answer]

The plant-eaters were the most common kind of dinosaurs, and they were quite varied.

Many dinosaur pictures you see in books are of monsters walking on four legs. But the world of plant-eaters included many that walked on two legs, as well. So don't assume two legged dinosaurs were hunters.

What the plant-eaters did have in common were small heads, large stomachs and teeth designed to strip leaves, fronds and needles from plants.
