Muslim prayer is done in a manner according to tradition and instruction handed down from the prophet Mohammed (pbuh).
Praying involves both making actions and saying out prayers in a certain order.
One complete set of these actions is called a rak'ah. During prayer, it is also very important not just to go through the motions, but to be thinking about their meaning at the same time.
