The Eighth Station

A group of women and children come out from Jerusalem to try to comfort Jesus as he carries his cross.

They are people who had listened before to His words of wisdom while He was preaching.

He knows they are sad and tells them not to keep crying, but to go out and comfort others when they need it, and especially to look after children in need.
