Be a tour guide

Large numbers of tourists visit Egypt each year.

Most do not know anything about ancient Egypt.

Imagine you are a tour guide. Your party has just arrived on the Nile cruiser that will be their home for a week while you sail between temples.

You have them all sitting in front of you. This is your chance to make them really excited about what they are going to see.

You must tell them a little about ancient Egyptian times. Write a short piece and then read it out in class, imagining that the class is the tour group.
